Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at oodlesandbean@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns without prior authorisation or outside this period cannot be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged and it has not been worn or washed, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund upon return. If the item has been worn or washed, or if the 30-day period has passed, we may offer an exchange or partial refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Await our Return Authorisation and instructions before sending the item back.

Return the item in its original, unused condition.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly.
Postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered orders.
